Stroke Limited Hold-Forward

As we all know, there is potential for engagement with the Scaneagle carriage with the existing hold forward configuration and we see people removing these features in the field. We have also seen a few cases of carriages getting destroyed when the hold forward hinge remains installed.

X-300-HD Carriage

The Mark 4 X-300-HD Carriage increases energy margin for fast/heavy aircraft beyond 135 lbs GTOW and faster than 62 knots. The interface is identical to baseline Mark 4 carriage designs, so backward compatibility is maintained.

Aircraft Engine Pre-Heater

The Aircraft engine pre-heater turns the aircraft engine cooling system into a heater, especially helpful for starting heavy fuel engines in extreme cold weather, this plug-and-play module exploits existing wiring on Commercial Mark 4 launchers to increase cylinder head temperature by over 40deg C.

Supports air vehicles with extended fuselages having inlet cowls at 6 O’clock position (MWIR, Telescope, Dual bay payloads driven with heavy fuel propulsion modules). Flow tests confirm effectiveness. Same materials, construction and duct interface as Hood Tech’s other pre-qualified “left”, “right”, “left extended” and “HFE” nozzles already in use on Mark 4 Launchers. Painted grey per Mil Dtl 53039C for compatibility with US Navy requirements
